Privacy & Comfort & Consent

It is important to me that you feel comfortable and respected in your experience with me or any of my Team Members. Should you want to process or bring something to my attention, please send an email with the subject (HELP: [insert topic]), so you can be communicated with swiftly. Please allow 1-3 business days to receive a response, as I take every opportunity to communicate respectfully with respect to my personal life as well.

Refund Policy

Memberships: Memberships can be upgraded at any time, but there are no refunds for memberships or virtual content due to the virtual nature of memberships and footage. However, it is important to me that you have an enjoyable experience. If there is something you would like to see in our membership or for future content, please reach out to me at meg@linguistoflove.com .


Any products that are damaged are available for an exchange or a full refund. 


Event Tickets: There are no refunds for Virtual Events, and refunds for In-Person Events are at the discretion of Meg & the Team.


Services:  Refunds are available up to 48 hours after initial consultation, and a $100 deposit is kept. Any refunds after 48 hours are at the discretion of Meg & the Team.


Shipping Policy

Virtual Content: Any virtual content is delivered immediately upon purchase via Download Instructions. Should you run into issues, please contact me at meg@linguistoflove.com. Any footage packages from Virtual Live Shows are made available to download and view 10-30 days following the live show to allow for downloading and processing. However, I do try to get footage out the week following the Live Show; the extra time gives allowance for files that are corrupted upon uploading and extra processing time.

Physical Products: Any physical products are shipped out within 7-10 business days, except in the case of pre-sale products, in which case they are shipped 7-10 business days after their release.
