Purpose of My Consent Workshops:

The purpose behind my consent workshops is really to shift power to the individual and to help others become comfortable in using the word “no.” The ultimate aim is to provide space for evolving conversations about consent, whether you are interested in sexually liberated community events or are seeking to empower yourself more autonomously in your daily life. You are invited to be a part of the conversation.

Trigger Warning [TW]: In my workshops, you are invited to write about experiences that could be triggering [i.e. sexual assault, discomfort in social situations, etc.]. If these seem like potentially triggering topics, please come in a mindset to advocate for your needs, bring a comfort item or friend. Being prepared to deescalate your nervous system is a way that you can help set you up for success.

THIS EVENT IS MANDATORY TO ATTEND, VOLUNTEER, OR TRADE WITH SENSUAL SANCTUARY EVENTS.


The Sensual Sanctuary aims to always create safe exploratory spaces, and that begins with being an engaged member of consent discussions in our community. MiiMii [ @LINGUISTOFLOVE ] requires all guests and volunteer/trade guests to engage in Consent Workshops yearly in order to be invited to private play-based events. 


Consent is an evolving topic, and you are invited to be a part of this evolution as we engage and learn what it means to give and receive consent in a time where many of us have never had adequate sex education. Allow us to guide and facilitate an evening in which we are all learning more about how to provide safe spaces for each other to heal and exchange sacred energy. 


Please Note [TW]: You will be asked to think about topics that might trigger you [e.g. sexual assault, social discomfort], please come prepared to take care of yourself or bring a comfort item or friend if you anticipate that you might need support or a preferred resource.

Ticket Pricing

$5-$55 [ Self-Selected Scale]

  • If you can give more and want to support the mission, we appreciate your additional support to help run the cost and keep events going strong.

What can you expect?

If you come in for Dinner Drop-In, have your ticket ready to be scanned. After you get settled, you'll be directed towards dinner options. If you would like dinner, we try to support local community member's new start-up businesses and average cost is: $22/pp. Options will be sent to attendees who register for the workshop. After you get your food, enjoy and get settled.

Once doors close for the Consent Workshop, you will not be permitted entry. We will then begin the consent workshop and activities prepared by MiiMii to help us delve into the topic of consent.


Dress Code:

Come in something that helps you feel at ease and comfortable and most importantly – yourself. We kindly also remind you that this workshop is the first event for many new souls. If you choose to wear something that has words on it, be mindful or intentional in what it says, please. And above all, please be in a mindset to learn and discuss together.

Security & Consent:

If you are making someone feel unsafe, you will be asked to leave. We value consent and safety above all. No one under 18 will be permitted entry, unless it is a SEX Education event for specifically for minors.


Note: Attendance does not guarantee permission to attend private play parties. Rather, this workshop provides the first step in becoming an invited guest to play-based events.


Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for events, but are happy to exchange your ticket for another if you have been upholding boundaries and have shown that you create safe spaces for exploration.
